The kitchen concept of ‘La Casa Molisana’ is based on age-old traditional Molise cuisine.This means that the open hearth takes centre stage for the preparation of meals.The cooking is done in traditional terracotta pots and dishes.The food is inspired by regional Molisan recipes, used for generations, passed on by word,but which have nowadays been forgotten.
Our kitchen also adds some contemporary ideas.
All ingredients are seasonal,daily fresh products cultivated by local farmers.These products are of the highest and tastiest quality.
